Delivery

At Legacywood, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. As most of our furniture is made specifically to order, the standard delivery time is 5–10 weeks, including both production and shipping.

We also offer a selection of items that are already in stock. These products can be delivered within approximately 2 weeks.

Currently, deliveries are available within Denmark only. If you require delivery to another country, please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.

The choice of carrier depends on the delivery destination, shipment size, and type of service required. All deliveries are made to the building’s entrance (door only). Please note that drivers are not obligated to carry items upstairs.

Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will contact you directly. The customer is responsible for coordinating a suitable delivery date and time with the carrier.

Assembly & Installation

Legacywood does not provide assembly, installation, or repair services. All products are delivered flat-packed and include detailed assembly instructions for your convenience.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within the withdrawal period. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

If furniture is made to order and customized, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products in line with EU regulations. We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have any questions regarding returns or eligibility.
